In case you've ordered an item that is made to order, we kindly ask for your patience as it may take 5-7 days for it to arrive at your doorstep. To ensure reliable and secure delivery, we entrust your parcels to Royal Mail's Tracked service, providing you peace of mind without the need for a signature upon receipt.

International Delivery:

We are thrilled to serve customers from across the globe. The delivery charges for international orders are determined based on the size and destination of the package. To ensure a smooth and traceable delivery process, we ship all jewellery items via Royal Mail's International Tracked Service. While we take every precaution to expedite your package through customs, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during this process.

UK Standard Delivery:

For our valued customers within the UK, we are delighted to provide FREE delivery. We extend this offer to customers residing in the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and other UK Islands as well.

European Delivery:
​
For those residing in Europe, we offer a reliable delivery service at a charge of £9.95. You can expect your jewellery to reach you within 2-10 working days from the date of dispatch.
Rest of the World Delivery: For our esteemed customers in the rest of the world, we extend our international delivery services at a charge of £12.95. Your jewellery will make its way to you within 5-14 working days from the date of dispatch.

Returns:

At Katapult Gifts, we take great pride in ensuring that your order is securely packaged to arrive in pristine condition. However, in the rare event that you discover any damage upon receipt, please reach out to us at admin@katapultgifts.co.uk attaching an image of the faulty item. Our dedicated team will promptly assist you with the best possible solution.
To facilitate a smooth returns process, we kindly request that you include your original invoice along with the returned item, whenever possible. Alternatively, a note containing your contact details and order information will suffice.

For your peace of mind, we highly recommend using a tracked service when returning items to us. Regrettably, we cannot assume responsibility for items that go missing during the return post.
Returning Personalised Items: At Katapult Gifts, we understand the personal touch you seek in your chosen jewellery. As such, items that have been personalised according to your specific requests, such as custom names, locations, fabrics, messages, or other uniquely customised features, are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless found to be faulty. We appreciate your understanding in this regard, as it ensures the uniqueness of your special pieces.

Refund and Fix Policy:

In the event of a faulty product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund or have the item repaired to your satisfaction.
